The latest patch of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, 'Update Seven,' has undergone extensive modifications particularly to the game's performance mode, which now operates at an unwavering 60 FPS on consoles.

The new patch, which has been released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, carries with it a wealth of improvements in performance, platform-wide refinements, and the expected debugging procedures.

Respawn, the game's developer, has verified that the updated performance mode on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S has now attained a consistent 60 FPS, an accomplishment that has been elusive since the game was first made available in April. The patch notes highlight that, "Performance mode has been thoroughly revamped to significantly enhance players' gaming experience." There are also assertions that 'quality mode' is now optimized to minimize variations in FPS, while adding additional visual enhancements which should notably improve gameplay on the latest console generation.

However, despite gameplay now operating at 60 FPS, cinematics in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on the console version remain at a fixed 30 FPS. More details on the update's specifications are noted below.
