Overwatch 2 Season 2 Opening - New Hero Tank, New Events

Season 2 of Blizzard's team-based hero shooter Overwatch 2 is finally here! On December 6th, the new season will be released and will come packed with new content, such as a new tank hero, a new map, a new Greek Mythology-themed event, and a host of balance changes. With Overwatch 2 being a highly competitive game, players are sure to be on their toes as they prepare for a new season.

The new tank hero, Ramattra, will be a defensive tank with a unique playstyle. He has the ability to deploy a shield to protect himself and his team and can also launch a powerful blast of energy at his enemies. Ramattra also has a special move called "Gift of the Gods," which grants him a powerful shield that can protect him and his allies from incoming damage.

The new map, Shambali Monastery, is set in India and will feature a temple with many secret passageways and hidden areas. It is sure to be a challenge for both teams as they battle it out to control the area.

The new event, the Greek Mythology-themed event, is sure to be an exciting one. Players will be able to collect special skins themed around the gods of Olympus such as Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Athena, and more.
