The latest installment of the popular real-time strategy game series, Company of Heroes 3, has been released and has generated a great deal of interest among players. According to SteamDB, at the time of writing, more than 27 thousand people were playing simultaneously, yet the game has garnered only a “mixed” rating from most players.

When Company of Heroes 3 was released, it drew mass attention from gamers around the world, yet upon its release, the game's ratings were not as positive as expected. On Steam, the game has received nearly 3,500 reviews, with only 57% of them being positive. Players have praised the optimization and balanced multiplayer gameplay but have criticized a number of aspects, such as artificial intelligence, content, poor sound design, visuals, non-transparent interface, and minor bugs. However, many of the negative reviews came from players who had spent only a short amount of time with the game, making it difficult to determine the title’s true worth.

Fortunately, it seems that Reddit users have taken a more positive stance toward Company of Heroes 3. The platform is filled with praise for the game's technical condition and smooth optimization. Additionally, there appear to be fewer complaints about the title's audio, visuals, and interface compared to Steam. It is also important to note that most of the criticisms about the game's content stem from a perceived lack of innovation compared to its predecessor, which could simply be the result of players expecting too much.

To summarize, Company of Heroes 3 has had mixed reactions from gamers so far. While Steam users have found a number of flaws with the game, Reddit players seem to appreciate the title’s technical condition and smooth optimization. Whether or not this title earns the same legacy as its predecessor remains to be seen, as it will take time for players to get used to the changes and appreciate the game's depth and complexity.
