Here, survivors instead face resourceful wanderers known as Reapers, who sift through the remnants of collapsed communities in search of essentials. At the heart of the story is Hig, a pilot whose world was forever changed after losing his wife. In his seasoned aircraft, he begins to receive puzzling signals that set him on a quest, propelling the unfolding events.
